About

I am a very creative person. Acting, producing, directing, casting, dancing and choreography.

Teaching health and fitness is another one of my talents. I teach for large corporations and privately via Zoom to students all over the country!

Another passion of mine is dog rescue. I have worked with rescues and independent rescue also.

Hey!  Thanks for visiting my site.  I wanted to make the site short and sweet so you could get to know a little about me.

In the 90's I lived in Manhattan where I was a Personal Trainer and an Actress.  It was a wonderful time to be there and I had the experience of working off Broadway theatre as well as commercials, series, and indy films.  I attended some of the best acting schools and at the same time was personal trainer to some amazing people.

In the beginning of the 2000s I moved to L.A.

Sadly my husband became my ex-husband and I continued my life journey.

I created, helped to write and was one of the leads in a short film in 2010 that won some awards.  I was working in commercials,  tasteful clean music videos,  independents, casting and thinking of my next project.

Around that time I also got back into dance and fitness, and yes....boxing.

I love dogs and it was only fitting I worked to help save dogs lives. I have lost count but it is surely well in the hundreds.

In the entertainment field I have helped cast series and films, (can provide list), did win best actress in 2010.

In fitness, my credentials are listed below.  They are all current with continuing educational credits.

Did you know that the word senior means anyone over 50 now in the world of exercise?!?   Yikes.  I prefer the word "mature" for us.
